Inquiries and consultations

Submitting an inquiry form does not create a care agreement or guarantee caregiver availability. Services begin only after a consultation and a signed service agreement that sets out scope, schedule, and rates.

Scheduling and cancellations

Schedules, rates, cancellation windows, and notice periods are described in your individual service agreement. We make every effort to provide consistent caregivers and to notify you promptly of any change.

Client responsibilities

Clients and families agree to provide accurate information about care needs and the home environment, to maintain a safe workplace for caregivers, and to communicate changes that affect care.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Zeal Family Services is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Service-related obligations are governed by your service agreement.
